At CCS Inc., the underlying business is owned and operated by CCS Corporation. Net operating cash flow, generated from the sale of services provided is either retained in CCS Inc. to fund future operations or is passed on to the trust as distributable cash flow through a combination of payments of interest, principal on inter-company debt or dividends.

Distributable cash flow is available to unitholders, net of operating expenses, general and administrative expenses, capital expenditures, debt service and management fees.

CCS has historically, and intends to continue, to retain a significant portion of its cash flow to fund future growth opportunities.
